BREEAM assessments (Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method) are  used to assess the environmental performance of residential and non-residental buildings.

The method and assessment criteria is widley recognised by local planning authorities, building professionals and goverment agencies, such as; CABE and the HCA. Quintro is able to provide a comprehensive BREEAM assessment service, with our licensed assessors and to offer guidance on optimising environmental credits from an early stage in the design process.

We are also able to draw on expert Mechanical & Electrical Engineering advice from our partner engineering consultancy for complex building servicing and to provide SBEM / DSM calculations and thermal modelling.
