7.0 - Health & Wellbeing

Hea 1 - Daylighting
We will provide full Daylighting and Working Plane Calculations along with advice of how to gain credits in the event of any rooms failing to meet the criteria.

Hea 2 - Sound Insulation
We will appoint an acoustic consultant as required in the Code when sound testing to achieve credits and establishing an appropriate construction in conjunction with an acoustic consultant. We will provide the Part E compliant programme of pre-completion sound testing strategy with the regulators and appoint a suitably qualified testing organisation to undertake the sound tests and manage the testing in conjunction with your site team.

Hea 3 - Private Space
We will liaise with your design team to ensure a suitably sized private space with compliant access and security is included on the working drawings whilst ensuring the space is correctly constructed.

Hea 4 - Lifetime Homes
We will provide full design advice in a written report and liaison with your working drawing architect to ensure dwellings achieve, where possible, all 16 criteria of the Lifetime Homes requirements.
