Code Management co-ordinates the production of evidence for the code assessor at design and post construction stages
8.0 - Management

Man 1 - Home User Guide
We will produce a full Home User Guide compliant with Parts 1 and 2 of the Code requirements in order to achieve maximum credits and ensure the guide is available in time for the Post Construction Review.

Man 2 - Considerate Constructors Scheme
We will register the site for Considerate Constructors Scheme and provide induction and monitoring to your site team to ensure all the necessary action / features have been undertaken or are in place to ensure that the appropriate credits are achieved when inspected by the official body.

Man 3 - Construction Site Impacts
We will provide liaison with your site team to ensure best practice policies are adopted to prevent dust and water pollution as set out in an agreed environmental policy. We will set up, monitor & report water and energy consumption arising from the site activities, including the provision of a graphical summary and submission for site display, during the site construction period.

Man 4 - Security
We will appoint and liaise with the Architectural Liaison Officer and seek to obtain all required certificates to meet the requirements of the Code criteria. We will co-ordinate the full package to achieve the Secured by Design Award if required

The Scope of the Code Management Service is shown in the menu above for each respective credit under the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The provision of the Code Management Service may either be commissioned in part or in its entirety, at a discounted rate.
