3.0 - Materials

Mat 1 - Environmental Impact of Materials
We will provide comprehensive advice upon which constructions can be used to achieve maximum credits in the Code. The constructions advised will be sympathetic to other aspects of the Code such as Ene 1 where the external wall, floor and roof constructions have a direct impact on that particular issue.

Mat 2 - Responsible Sourcing of Materials: Basic Building Elements
We will advise which of your chosen suppliers can be used to gain credits and obtain all the necessary certification and purchase orders to achieve the credits sought in the Code. In the event that you do not have a preferred list of suppliers, we will advise of suppliers that can provide the necessary certification to gain credits in the Code.

We will advise which of your chosen suppliers can be used to gain credits and obtain all the necessary certification and purchase orders to achieve the credits sought in the Code.
