2.0 - Water

Wat 1 - Internal Water Use
We will undertake a comprehensive feasibility study to determine the water consumption from the dwellings and establish the specification required to ensure that consumption complies with the Code.  We will liaise with your design team to ensure all the relevant information is included on the design drawings or specification, including ensuring microbial contamination is avoided.  Finally we will obtain confirmation that the dwellings have been built in accordance with the design drawings and obtaining all the necessary manufacturers technical literature to ensure Code compliance.

Wat 2 - External Water Use
We will liaise with your design team to ensure appropriate rainwater collection systems are appropriately detailed (including size, location and connection to the drainage system) on the working drawings.  We will also ensure the systems are correctly constructed, obtain all the necessary as built confirmations and manufacturers information.
