There are 3 types of agreement that we are pleased to consider. We would like the opportunity to meet and discuss with you which agreement best meets your needs:

Promotion Agreement – we will use our resources to pay to take the land through the planning process. Once planning permission is granted we will sell the land on the open market after devising a selling strategy with you. Only once the land is sold will our fees be due, set from a pre-agreed contract that will be set out at the start of the process.

Option Agreement – we will agree to purchase the land for a pre-agreed, set price and agree a timescale to achieve this price. This allows the land owner to know the fixed price within a set timeframe. We will use our resources to take the land through the planning process, normally exercising the option agreement once planning is granted.

Freehold Purchase – we are able to offer to purchase potential development land ahead of planning. Depending on the purchase price agreed, there may be scope for a further ‘uplift’ agreement also to be included. This route can be of interest to land owners who may desire ‘money now’ rather than waiting for planning to be granted and the time that process may take.
