Quintro was formed as a joint venture between Thrive Architects and Marcel Venn Associates and brings together over 40 years of experience in promoting land, planning and design.
Quintro only believes high quality design-led new developments should be built, we believe in creating wonderful places to live and understand we are creating the homes of tomorrow for our children and their children.
Quintro is based in the South West and interested in promoting land for much needed new homes. We have built a sub consultant team that is equally as experienced at gaining planning permissions for new development as our Directors.
Quintro’s joint venture partner, Thrive Architects, has won several awards for excellence of their scheme designs ensuring legacy is created for future generations.
